Introduction to medium frequency induction heating equipment

The frequency of the medium frequency TXZ series products is 1-20KHZ, and the power is 15-160KW. Due to the low frequency, these products are mostly used in applications with deep heating depth or heat penetration, such as hot forging of bar materials, smelting of metal materials within 200KG, and thermal matching. , overall mold tempering, preheating before welding, etc.

The TXZ series medium frequency power supply adopts all-solid-state IGBT frequency conversion and power regulation. The equipment is designed with a full range of protection functions such as overcurrent protection, water shortage protection, overheating protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, phase loss protection, etc., to increase the reliability of the equipment. TXZ intermediate frequency series power supplies all use parallel resonant circuits. Depending on the application, direct output can be selected. The basic structure and composition are: intermediate frequency power supply + capacitor + intermediate frequency induction coil  

As shown below: the intermediate frequency power supply and capacitor box are the most basic components of the intermediate frequency heating furnace.

This kind of equipment structure is the most commonly used. For example, medium frequency forging furnaces, medium frequency smelting furnaces, etc. all use this structure. The equipment is simple, the loss is low, the work efficiency is high, and the manufacturing cost is low.

The induction coil of the intermediate frequency heating furnace is relatively long and is usually wound with a 3-10 meter long copper tube.Since the intermediate frequency power supply is directly output, the voltage on the induction coil is 550V and is not isolated from the main power. Therefore, the induction coil must be well insulated and cannot be directly exposed;

Under normal circumstances, the intermediate frequency power supply is a standard product, and the frequency range is 1-20KHZ. It automatically follows; we need to design the capacitor box and induction coil according to the customer's heating workpiece and heating requirements to achieve the heating effect and heating efficiency.
